Do you have a way to book directly on your website?
I do not have online booking. I prefer to speak with my guests by phone or email. To reserve please check our Availability Calendar to make sure the dates you want are available and then fill out the form below. I will respond promptly.
When should I expect to receive my refundable deposit back?
To book I invoice for the $250 refundable deposit through Paypal. It is due the day of booking to hold the reservation. When you check in it becomes a damage deposit and is refunded a week after departure.
Are pets allowed in the condo?
Sorry, but we do not allow pets to stay in the condo.
How do I pay for my visit?
First payment is due 120 days prior to arrival via Paypal, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Is there a deposit?

If the $250 deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, the reservation will be cancelled.
Are there age restrictions for booking?
Yes – must be 25 or older to rent.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
There is a $200 cleaning fee and 12% Florida state tax.
